Features and composition
Chassis
- 3D cross-country skiing without skating: The injected plastic chassis improves heel support and offers better torsional rigidity for optimized power transmission.
- Flex skating: Control and energy transmission combined with good lateral stability.
- Glassfiber Loaded: Composed of injected fiberglass to maintain lightness, this material improves the mechanical properties of the shoe by providing increased torsion and flex.
Thermal regulation
- ClimaSalomon™ Waterproof Membrane: Salomon's highly waterproof ClimaSalomon™ Waterproof membrane has achieved a result of 100,000 mm on the Schmerber scale, while a value above 30,000 mm is already considered suitable for extreme conditions.
- Waterproof zip: Designed to better protect feet from snow and water, this waterproof zip covers the laces and keeps feet dry longer.
Necklace
- Glassfiber Loaded: Composed of injected fiberglass to maintain lightness, this material improves the mechanical properties of the shoe by providing increased torsion and flex.
- Energyzer 2.0: This collar provides improved rear proprioception to help you maintain balance. The rear support allows you to ski longer by reducing fatigue in challenging conditions.
- EVA toe cap: The EVA padding inside the shaft provides exceptional comfort while ensuring maximum contact area for precise control.
- Collar adapted to the female morphology: This collar, specially designed for women, respects the anatomy of the lower female leg, offers an ideal level of support and adapts perfectly to all shapes and all calf diameters.
Insole
- OrthoLite®
Footwear
- Fit Performance 102 Women's: Medium width for optimal comfort, maximum foot support, and a precise fit. Adapted to the female anatomy, narrower at the heel and instep.
Lining material
- Thinsulate™ R 78%: This extremely insulating lining is made from at least 78% recycled materials to effectively protect the foot.
- Microfleece: This lining is particularly warm and insulating.
Outsole type
- Prolink Race Skate: This low-profile racing sole offers remarkable abrasion resistance and stiffness, maximizes power transmission and provides exceptional snow feel, in addition to ensuring optimal torsional rigidity for skate skiing.
Stem construction
- sensiFIT™: SensiFIT™ wraps the foot from the midsole to the lacing system, providing a secure, precise, and almost custom fit all around the foot.
