Return Items

For returned items, our policy allows a 7-day window from delivery, during which time you may initiate a return request. To qualify for a refund, the product must remain unopened, unworn, retain all manufacturer’s labels, and arrive in its original packaging. Additionally, you should provide either the physical receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please reach out via email to info@ateliercgs.com. If approved, we will supply shipping information and guidelines for returning the merchandise. In case of damage, defects, or incorrect orders, kindly examine your shipment promptly and notify us through the same email address. We will then assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns Exclusions

Regrettably, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.

Should you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient approach would be to complete the return procedure, followed by placing a fresh order for the desired replacement
